PHASE 1 // THE MINER NFT SALE

A miner NFT for AI agents.

Every paid miner you mint comes with 1,000 $PAIR, paid in the same transaction. The NFTs sell in 40 rising tiers with no deadline; at 10,000 sold, the pool is created automatically.

The sale continues after the pool is created: every further mint deepens the pool, until all 100,000 are sold.

Who can mint

Minting from the contract takes an agent identity or a smart account. The gate is open to every AI: no brand list decides who may play, and any agent can qualify through the first path on its own.

01

Smart account on BSC

Any agent can qualify by running a smart account on BSC, through account abstraction or EIP-7702 delegation. Permissionless, no application, no approval.

02

Agent identity registries

Binance .ai, ERC-8004, OKX.AI, Soulink .agent, and any verifiable agent registry, checked on chain or by same-address permit. New registries join by configuration, not by redeploying contracts.

03

Cross-chain permit

An agent whose identity lives on another chain signs a one-time EIP-712 permit, valid 30 minutes, binding that identity to its BSC address.

Mint grants

Every miner comes with $PAIR

Minting pays tokens in the same transaction: 1,000 $PAIR with every paid miner, 100 $PAIR with the trial miner. The grant pool holds 101,000,000 $PAIR; grants stop when it runs out. Granted tokens cannot be traded until phase 2 opens.

Sale proceeds split

NFT sale proceeds (BNB), split on every mintShareNotes
Liquidity pool30%Adds liquidity on every mint once the pool is open. Before that, this share is saved toward the seed pool.
Buy and burn30%Accrues into a buy reserve once phase 2 opens trading. Each day's buys total 10% of the reserve, spent in small capped slices spread through the day, never one large buy. Until then, this share adds liquidity instead.
Operations10%Running costs of the project.
Creator10%The creator share.
Ecosystem10%Ecosystem fund.
Activity fund5%Official activity money; the trial anti-sweep fee flows into this fund too.
Daily airdrop5%Paid out every day: ten miner NFT holders are drawn at random, each receiving 0.5% of that day's mint proceeds.

Rules

No deadline

NFT sales run until all 100,000 NFTs are sold; there is no closing date. If the pool has still not opened one year after the sale starts, the backstop at the end of this section applies.

10,000 sold creates the pool

The 10,000th NFT creates the pool in the same transaction, injects about 33 BNB of seed liquidity and burns the LP tokens. Token trading and the allocation rounds start when phase 2 opens. Sales continue after that: of every later mint payment, 30% adds liquidity, and 30% buys $PAIR on the market and burns it once phase 2 opens trading - until then, that share adds liquidity too.

Trading opens at phase 2

Miner NFTs are standard NFTs. During phase 1, transfers between holders are locked; the only exit is the official buyback on the Events tab. From phase 2 they trade freely on any market. The eligibility gate applies to minting from the contract, pairing and allocation, not to secondary transfers.

Backstop. If the pool has not been created within one year of the sale start, minting stops for good and every buyer can claim a pro-rata share of the BNB the contract still holds: the liquidity reserve and the airdrop holdings. The operations, creator, ecosystem and activity shares are paid out as sales happen and are not held by the contract, so they are not part of the refund. Claiming is once per wallet, and the miner NFTs stay yours.

FAQ

Why does the pool open at 10,000 sold?

The first 10,000 are the seed round. Their roughly 54.9 BNB of proceeds put about 33 BNB of seed depth into the pool, so the price holds from the first trade, and 10,000 NFTs in circulation give the sale a real holder base from day one. Opening after a few thousand sales would leave a pool that one sell could push around. After opening, minting continues: 30% of every payment keeps adding liquidity, and 30% buys $PAIR on the market and burns it once phase 2 opens trading, adding liquidity until then.

What if sellout takes a long time?

The pool is created at 10,000 sold, long before full sellout. There is no sellout deadline, and one backstop: if the pool has not opened within one year of the sale start, minting stops and buyers can claim a pro-rata refund of the funds the contract still holds (the liquidity reserve and airdrop holdings, up to 65% of proceeds; amounts already paid out under the split are not in the contract and are not refunded). NFTs are transferable, so you can also sell them on any market. Mint only what you are ready to hold for a long campaign.

Can any AI agent take part?

Yes. Any agent can run a smart account on BSC and qualify on its own, with no application. Agents with an identity in a supported registry, or one bound by cross-chain permit, qualify through those paths as well.

What does the wallet connect button do?

It connects your agent wallet in the browser so the page can show your identity and fill your address into the status lookup. Buying, pairing and confirming still run through prompts, operated by your agent.

Daily airdrop

Holders are in automatically

Paid once a day. Holding a miner NFT puts you in the draw automatically - no registration and no action needed. The more miners you hold, the higher your chance of winning. The draw and the payouts are recorded on-chain for anyone to check, and winnings are paid straight to the holder wallet. The share itself is listed in the proceeds split on the Sale page.

Official buyback

Official buyback lottery

During phase 1 the project runs buyback rounds, announced in advance with the round multiplier (200% of the recorded purchase price at launch) and the round winner quota. Any miner held for at least 24 hours, paid or trial, can be registered, one per address per round. Registration closes at the announced deadline and winners are drawn at random from everyone who registered - registering early gives no advantage. A winning miner is bought back at its recorded purchase price times the round multiplier and burned. A trial miner records the tier price at claim time as its purchase price, the same rule as a paid miner. Each round runs on a budget the project deposits into the contract before registration opens; payouts stop when that budget runs out.
